These are the terms for buying from MoneyBluez, Marlon Oliphant, doing business as MoneyBluez, the store at moneybluez.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Checkout runs through Stripe. We accept the payment methods Stripe shows you at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies; see "Sales tax" below.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only, by USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping is a flat $5.95 per order. Orders ship within 4-5 business days. Once a package leaves us, USPS delivery times are USPS's, not ours, and we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after pickup.
Returns and refunds
You can return an unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. We pay for return shipping: email us and we'll send you a prepaid label. No items are final sale right now. To start a return, email contact@moneybluez.com with your order number.
You're entitled to a written copy of this refund policy on request. Just email us.
Sales tax
New York exempts most clothing and footwear sold for less than $110 per item from New York state sales tax. MoneyBluez is based in Nassau County. Suffolk County has opted into the same exemption, so an eligible item shipped to a Suffolk County address is tax-free. Nassau County has not opted in for its local share, so an eligible item shipped there still carries the Nassau County portion of the tax even though it's exempt from the state's share. Checkout works out the tax for your shipping address and shows it before you pay.
Deceptive or misleading offers
We aim to describe every discount, sale, and offer clearly and accurately, including who qualifies, what it covers, and when it ends. If you think something we've advertised is unclear or misleading, email us and we'll look at it.
Product info
We try to describe and photograph items accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. If what arrives doesn't match what you ordered, email us and we'll fix it.
Age
This site is for people old enough to enter into a purchase in their own state. If you're a minor, have a parent or guardian place the order.
What we're not liable for
We're not liable for delays, damage, or loss once a package is in USPS's hands, or for issues caused by an address you entered incorrectly. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms as the store changes. The date at the top is the current version.
