MoneyBluez (Marlon Oliphant) runs this site. This page explains what we collect when you shop with us or join our email list, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment card info is entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
When you join our email list: your email address, and your name if you give it.
Why we collect it
To process and ship your order, send you order and shipping updates, answer questions about your order, calculate the correct sales tax for your address, and, if you sign up, send you emails about MoneyBluez.
Where it goes
Order and payment info is handled by Stripe. Email list signups and marketing emails are handled by Brevo. Both companies process your information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies of its own, no analytics and no ad pixels. Your bag is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page reload, and it is cleared once your order is paid. Checkout happens on Stripe's own page, which sets its own cookies under Stripe's privacy policy. This site does not sell or share your browsing data with data brokers.
Marketing emails
Every marketing email from us includes an unsubscribe link and our business address, and it stays valid for at least 30 days. Unsubscribing takes you off the list within 10 business days, and we don't email a person who has unsubscribed to "confirm" it. You can also email us directly to be removed.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for taxes, accounting, and handling returns, and email list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
How we protect it
We keep the data we hold to what we actually need to run the store, limit who can access it, and rely on Stripe and Brevo's own security for payment and email data, since neither system is something we operate ourselves. If we ever have a security breach involving your personal information, New York law requires us to notify you, and we will, within the time the law requires (up to 30 days after discovery).
Your choices
Want to know what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email us. Same if you want off the email list outside the unsubscribe link.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We'll update this page as the business changes. The date at the top is the current version.
